Responsibilities

Develop, creating and implementing sales strategies to meet target.
Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Build a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
Monitoring and being responsible for the achievement of the Sales Team.
Collaborating with internal teams to align channel activities with business objectives and develop sales and marketing programs.

Requirements

At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing function or equivalent (from IT Solution company is an advantage).
Creative in finding new ways to sell our packaging products.
Ability to build long-term trustful customer relationships.
Accurate in reporting and organising data.
