Lead the planning and implementation of digital marketing activities across various channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Optimize campaigns for maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing funnels from ads to landing pages, maximizing conversions.
Create content and landing page using Photoshop and Web Building with Wix or alike.
Do simple video editing using Adobe Premier or alike.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Support strategic initiatives and provide digital marketing insights to the CEO and executive team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful conversion (not awareness, reach, or similar metrics) execution.
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels such as web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Premier for creating and editing graphics for digital marketing assets.
Experience in web building using platforms like Wix or similar website builders.
Willingness to engage in field sales activities
Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for business growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with potential clients and close sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Result-driven oriented, strong work ethic, commitment to working hard and achieving success.
